Samurai Pink's helmet symbol translates from Japanese into "Heaven"
A common disk is attached to her sword and spun rapidly with her fingers.
It transforms into her power weapon, the Heaven Fan.
The Turtle Disk is attached and gives the fan its power.

The Pink Ranger's morpher is her Origami, the Kame or Turtle.
The Pink Ranger writes the symbol for "Big" that makes her Origami grow large to become the Turtle Origami Zord which can join with the Megazord to form it's right arm.
